My Life Trajectory
More About How I Became A Psychotherapist
Almost from day one, I didn’t feel like I fit in.
To survive an environment that felt unsafe, I did what many of us do: I built a persona to hide behind, made rigid vows to protect myself, and ran when things got too heavy. Outwardly, I was the "good boy." Inwardly, having grown up in a world of conditional love, I was starving to be truly seen, heard, and accepted.
It took a long time to shed that heavy armor. In the process of navigating a harsh reality, I made mistakes and wrestled with the weight of anxiety and depression. But that painful journey eventually became my trajectory to find a new compass and roadmap.
My path eventually led me to a master’s program that changed everything. Equipped with deep clinical tools and a lightened load, I realized I couldn't keep this relief to myself. I discovered the profound wonder of serving others through psychotherapy.
That is why you are reading this today.
If you are carrying heavy burdens, you do not have to carry them alone. I have dedicated my life and lessons to helping people climb out from under the things that disrupt their joy.
Thank you for reading my story. I look forward to connecting with you soon, human soul to human soul.
